4. Platform Access and Use
4.1 Licence Grant
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Breloq grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes.
4.2 Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:

— Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations.
— Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any portion of the platform, its servers, or related systems.

If you submit, post, or upload any content to the platform, you grant Breloq a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display such content solely for the purposes of operating and improving the platform. You represent that you have all rights necessary to grant this licence and that your content does not infringe any third-party rights.
5.3 Feedback
Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide regarding the platform may be used by Breloq freely and without any obligation or compensation to you.
6. Payments and Subscriptions
6.1 Fees
Access to certain courses or features may require payment. All applicable fees will be clearly stated prior to purchase. By completing a purchase, you authorise Breloq to charge the stated amount using your selected payment method.
6.2 Refunds

6.3 Subscription Renewals

10. Limitation of Liability
